Things that I have done to change my philosophy on health & wellness is start taking vtamins and trying to excerize and eat properly.
I've stopped buying fast food for myself and my children. It was just too unhealthy for them and myself and also costly. But I do see a change in all of us for it.
Zumba for xbox360, treadmill, kids, home cooked foods,
Zumba has become a part of my everyday routine it gives me the adrenalin I need to get through the day.
We've stopped watching TV while doing homework, and or work that I do at home. I felt the kids took too long to finish their homework and me my work online. It was a distraction and wasted time, so we could go and do other things as a family. My kids didn't like it, but like I say to them, I make the rules, they have adjusted with it especially since spring weather has finally arrived.
Treadmill for those days I cant walk, I feel worse when I cant take a brisk walk outdoors.
My kids well they keep me busy running from place to place and I enjoy walking with them to and from school, gives me time to think.
Family Dinner with home cooked food. Having family time while having dinner is most important, we catch up with each others day and find out the going on in each others life. A healthy home cooked meal is best part of it. I always try to make a favorite of one of my children's once a week, they all take turns.
